In preparation for a possible four-day strike by pilots and other employees, Air France has promised that it will keep as much as 80 percent of its flights on schedule during that time.
According to union sources, the strike isn’t against the airline, but to protest French government restrictions on labor unions. Of course, for stranded and delayed passengers, the reasons for the strike are not as relevant as the disruptions caused.
If you are scheduled for or anticipating booking Air France flights this week, keep in touch with your travel agent or go to www.airfrance.us or call 1-800-992-3932.
