Coming from the ups and down of 2008's Year of the Mouse, Chinese Restaurants News celebrates the Year of the Ox by naming the Top 10 Chinese Restaurants in the USA. The Top 10 Overall Excellence Award winners were announced at the 5th Annual Top 100 Chinese Restaurants in the USA Awards Show at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada on January 5th.
