Wheel Around Sin City Cheap With Downtown Bike Share

Consider how costly, tedious and tough it is to travel in busy Las Vegas by taxi and bus. If you’re fit and rarin’ to roam, try wheeling around on a bike. For a 24-hour pass, the cost is just $8, about half the price of a one-way taxi or Uber ride. A three-day pass is just $12, and if you’ll be in town longer, a 30-day pass is just $20. Downtown and many other areas of the city have safe street bike lanes. For more info, go to bikeshare.rtcnv.com

Should I Take Formal Wear On A Cruise? PDF Print E-mail

Q: I’m going on my first cruise since my wife passed away five years ago. We sailed together at least once a year through the 1980s. It’s a senior singles cruise, and I’m a bit confused. I’ve been told passengers can wear anything they want, including at the scheduled dress-up dinner/dance.

When my wife and I cruised, we always took good clothing, and on at least one night, went formal. Should I take my tux on this upcoming cruise? RFT, Milwaukee WI

Although the setting of most of the movie was supposed to be in a 1920s Florida beachfront hotel, it was filmed at the famed Hotel Del Coronado, a beautiful resort on an island connected by bridge to the city of San Diego, California.
